Recommendation on a cheap build with the purpose of teaching basic graphics design and video editing

Hi Guys, im trying to build a cheap budget computer for an IT lab for the purpose of teaching. i'll be focusing on basic graphics design and video editing using adobe photoshop CS 6 and
adobe premiere pro. I'll be editing stock footage from 480 to 1080p along with stock photos. Your recommendation will be greatly appreciated Thank you.

Hope this gives you a decent idea. This is kinda budget. I'm not a huge graphic design person, but this should be great for teaching purposes. You can throw in a better cooler for the cpu but for prices purposes and not knowing if you want to overclock, the stock cooler should do alright.
