Can Asus a555la be upgraded to hdd+ssd?

Can my laptop be upgraded to ssd + hdd? If yes will that void warranty? Model is A555LA-XX2561T.

yes. if you remove the optical drive you can put an SSD in an optical caddy. like this

warranty? I don't know why it should the optical is made to be one of the user serviceable parts in a laptop. the others being the memory and hard drive.

I read on how to remove the optical drive but the screw for optical drive of my laptop is under my laptop serial number sticker, so I was asking if it would void warranty

I do not think so. if that is a concern break out the warranty paperwork and give it a look through.

I saw soe videos of a similar laptop of Asus, and its back had to be opened to access the OD bay, i will contqct the service center for more details
