Gaming Motherboard for I5 7600 Please?

Solution
Not for this CPU, but since you asked:
Asus is better. It has DP port (allowing you to use 4K at 60 hz, although it only matters if not using GPU), much better sound card, more PCIe slots (including x4 one which Gigabyte lacks), extra M.2 slot (although only for SATA m.2 drive), USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports, and 4 more fan headers. Not too mention heatsinks on VRM and RGB LEDs. Gigabyte is just solid, low-cost mATX board, Asus one is gamer's choice.
I would pick neither.
To overclock a I5-7600K you will need a Z270 based motherboard.

By not overclocking, you are leaving some 30% performance on the table.

As of 2/23/17
What percent of samples can get an overclock
at a vcore around 1.4v.
I5-7600K
5.3 samples exist, unknown % of occurence
5.2 13%
5.1 27%
5.0 52%
4.9 72%

The strix is an atx board and has 2 m.2 slots, fancy rgb lighting, and USB c and a better audio codec. The Gigabyte board is just a simple board but has all the features most would need. I personally would get a z270 board to go with the 7600k so you could overclock it later, but I would choose a mid range board that still had good features like the Asus prime z270a because I don't need all the bells and whistles of the strix line but your needs may be different from mine.

No you cant overclock it, you need a K series CPU and a Z270 motherboard to overclock.
