Best low budget OS ssd in 2017

I want to know what would be the best low budget (like <$60) for mainly Windows 10 and some security softwares. I have no intention of installing games or other things like that to it, I have a 3tb HHD in mind. I think around 120gb is what would suffice. I am used to hard drive disk speeds, so just about any ssd speed should do. All I would like is as follows:
-space for windows 10
-long lifespan
-at or under $60
-(optional) black or black/red to go with my build.

I realize that budgets dictate, but having an SSD for "only the os" is tossing away 1/2 the functionality of having the SSD.
Many thing you do want on the SSD.

If there is any possibility, look to a 250GB drive.

I picked up a 240GB PNY SSD last year when my old 128 SSD drive died. It has worked great for my OS (20s startup from pushing button) and I still have room for a couple of my favorite games on it. I did grab mine during a sale so you might want to keep an eye for sales and pick one up that way.

OS and applications.
MS Office, image editing, various utilities, Steam client, AV.
Applications aren't huge, but it does add up.
And of course, Windows updates. What seems to be the now every 6 month Win 10 major release seems to need about 10GB free space, just to run the update. It is freed later, but it needs that space.

Every day here, I see people moaning about their 120GB drive being too small.
It can work, but you have to be really diligent about space.
$60 for a 120, or $100 for 2x the size and not have to manage that space all the time.

With mine I have most programs on it but things like Steam and iTunes and other things I set them to use my secondary drive. With Steam you can set several game install locations, both my drives have a /Steamlibrary folder and I pick SSD for my favorite games or Secondary for other games. You can also tell Steam to switch a game's location so if you want a different game to run fast do that. I hope you use Steam or this info will be worthless!
