My current build is as follows:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117369 GPU
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231571 RAM
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157500 MOBO

I have 4 sticks of that RAM but only 2 are recognized. I read that the GPU may not support it. I know the MOBO does no problem. I am wondering if there is anything as far as settings or would I need to overclock to fully utilize it. I am currently running windows 7 home premium. If you need any other information just let me know.

Sorry I missed the OS as the issue earlier , change it and the memory issue will be resolved.

You need to be running Windows 7 Pro or windows 10 home or Pro to use 32 gigs of ram , Windows 7 home only supports 16gb.

Version Limit in 32-bit Windows Limit in 64-bit Windows
Windows 7 Professional 4 GB 192 GB
Windows 7 Home Premium 4 GB 16 GB
Windows 7 Home Basic 4 GB 8 GB
Windows 7 Starter 2 GB 2 GB

I originally had just 2 slots with 16gb total then I purchased and installed 2 more of the exact same ram. I dont remember what slots I used originally but it reads all 32 in the system properties. It says installed memory: 32gb (16gb usable). It appears that all slots are working just not being utilized so I am not sure which 2 of the 4 are being used.
