I had an issue the last couple days.
While I was playing The Witcher 3 the game froze randomly making anything connected to my USB ports totally not working, had to force shutdown the PC from the power button.
Today my PC started to shutdown programs at any time (games/programs).
it happened three times today, after the second time my PC gave me a BSOD.

I checked the temps every thing seemed normal especially that I didn't do any type of overclocking to my PC(Actually I enabled gaming mode from the BIOS,but disabled it after the BSOD),although one thing that seemed weird to me is that using HWMonitor I found temp of 127'C under TMPIN5, it's constant, never change either restart HWMonitor or my PC,remains the same.

One thing I observed on my PC,my HDD does make a sound(The same sound it would make when a PC shutdown), of course while the PC is on,but from time to time.

My Specs:
CPU:Core i5 6600k
Mobo:MSI Z170A Krait
Ram:16GB DDR4
GPU:GTX 1060 3GB
Watercooler:Thermaltake water 3.0
SSD 250GB + HDD WD BLUE 1TB

Thanks for helping in advance :)

Solution
Programs randomly crashing could be caused by bad RAM. Try running memtest86 for 4+ complete passes to see if there may be some obvious issues there. Doing so will take ~10 hours.
