I think something is causing my PSUs to break

I built a computer with the following specs in August of 2016

Intel - Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
MSI - Z170A KRAIT GAMING 3X ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
EVGA - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Founders Edition Video Card
EVGA - SuperNOVA P2 650 PSU
Windows 10 64-bit

It worked flawlessly for about 5 months, then it began restarting itself during gaming sessions. At first it crashed after about 30 minutes but it got progressively worse. After a bit of research, I decided it was a PSU issue, so I RMAed it and got a brand new one. It worked perfectly for about 5 months, but the same problem has begun occurring again. Is there a problem with my system that has caused both PSUs to die? Is it possibly a problem with the incoming power?

Any answer is appreciated :) Also, I'm sorry if something about my post irks you. This is my first PC build and I don't know exactly how I should post my specs.

Doubtful that it's a pc problem, those Evga units have more protection built into them than is usually needed. I'd put it at possibly it's an issue with the house wiring, either bad plug, loose connection or could be you are getting back feed through the ground
