Cpu fan problem

I have 10-15 broken pins on mbo h61m s1 with i5 2500, when i start the game and get in match my cpu stock fan make really load noise(BZZZZZZ) my temp goes 61°(sometimes more) and voltage is around 1.26-1.27(on idle is around 0.99-0.97)
should i change mbo and get better cpu fan something like tx3 evo?

a broken mainbard shouldn't be used, it can end doing more than work weird, it eventually can kill cpu and other parts

while you buy the other maibnaord get a new heatsink
