CPU is compatible with this motherboard. However it will not run if motherboard has BIOS version earlier then 3016, and there's no guaranty it will have it. If you have any SkyLake CPU available, this is no problem, you can update it yourself.
You can update the BIOS to latest version yourself if you have a 6th Generation CPU. An Intel Celeron G3900 is about $45. Many people skip the older H110 Chipset and get a B250 Chipset model that needs no BIOS update for Kaby Lake CPU.
