What PSU Should I Buy?

What PSU should i buy from about 500 Watt to 650 Watt max. My budget is 90$, I want a quiet and safe PSU.

I need to power:

1060 3gb
i7 7700k
One 120GB SSD
Z270 Motherboard
8GB (2x4) DDR4 3000Mhz RAM

that is, IMHO, the best 550W unit you can get aside from the G3 variant.

Do you think i should pay a bit more and get the RM550X. Or stick with the EVGA SuperNOVA G2

reviewers are different but there are no cons on the EVGA review, there are for the RM550x. I think it a waste of money for no real return.
warranties are the same. performance differences need to be measured with a microscope, I do not see an upside.
