Need help with connectors ASAP

So while installing all the small connectors on my motherboard, i saw that the reset switch connectors had no +ve or -ve marking on them but the motherboard had. How can i figure out which way to put them in(up or down)?

Also one connector says power led, so do i put it in pwr led or pled?

they are both the same arnt they ? Put it in the pwr led.

Just for the sake of accuracy, any of the LEDs you connect do need to go the right way (+ve to +ve). An LED only allows electricity to flow in one direction, so it won't work the wrong way around (it won't damage anything, but the light won't come on).

Switches/buttons on the other hand simply connect and disconnect the wires, so it doesn't matter which way they're connected.
