So,i have a 1 month msi gtx 1060 6gb gaming graphics card, firstly,as i detected when i quit gaming the fans never stopped spinning even the card reached 30 celcious it wont stop, unless i restart the computer or go to sleep and open it again.i searched the whole internet for solutions, contacted msi didnt seem to give a s**** about me,asked to try to update VBIOS wich for me is something i dont know.second problem was sometimes fans wouldnt start!yes the card even reached 90 celcius and they wouldnt start, and fps didint drop in overwatch in my case.(i still dont know my power supply model and cant seem to know how i can see the model, tried looking in the pc box there is just a serial number,is it possible to be from not enough watts?i dont know how to check it if there is a way please let me know)Third problem is one of the 2 fans sometimes in gaming spin and the other one seems like its stuck, happened 3 times as i had to open the box and push it slightly so it would start, the other fan was like rapid and made a lot of noise, but after i pushed it the power on these 2 was 50/50.my situation with the card is making me nervous as hell as the card costs 350 dollars and its not a regular card.if any of you guys could help me,i would highly apreciat :(it!.

The question: how much it is of a problem for you? Card seems to work ok after all, fans not turning off are not going to damage anything, this is just noise problem. But if fans keep not turning on, it could damage the card and cause other issues (like FPS drops, lags, or outright game and system crashes). If you have all the necessary papers for warranty, I would RMA it. Or return it to seller if that is possible option.

One more thing about your PSU: while can't say anything for sure, this brand does not seem to be reliable. I would swap it to something of better quality at first occasion.
Problems with one fan not spinning or both fans not starting could be caused by PSU. However problem with fans keeping spinning even after card gets cold is not something that faulty PSU could do. For me, you clearly have a problem with GPU. Whether it is hardware or software problem it is still to be found. For the starters, you should reinstall drivers and any GPU utility software you use (if any).

As for PSU, open case and find a sticker on PSU with a table showing voltages etc., there should be PSUs brand and model printed.

About psu, there is nothing other than the metal square,as i said there is just a number, because i am not experienced, here are some links to the photos of my pc so you can take a look: https://ibb.co/dSNzav

hope that helps.by the way those problem are completely random, the only prob that is permanent is that the fans dont stop in low load situations, the fans that were kinda stuck happened twice or so,thats what makes me curius(i5-4440 btw)

the after i say i meant afterburner, have no more time today to do it,i just have no drivers i think,i will uninstall tomorrow afterburnet, then what should i do?reinstall the graphic drivers?

Yes, reinstall Nvidia drivers first, then check how the card behaves - if it's still strange, then it's some kind of hardware problem. If it works okay, install Afterburner and see what happens.
As for PSU, the number won't help, it's just a serial number :(
