CPU is hot but other components are good

Good Morning,
for at least 2 months my computer just aut shutdown for no reason, without BOD.
I watched the temps on my pc. motherboard, gpu,hd are good, but cpu is really hot.
The problem is that the temperature increases/decreases of 1°C per second so I don't know if the cpu sensor is broken or what.

What should i do?

P.S. sorry for my English, if there is an error

Solution
Thermal margin works backwards as you read it. Where it says 46C, it means your CPU temp is 46C from the point of throttling. No issue there. Given your shutdown situation from either stress or no warning, I highly suspect the PSU as the culprit. That said, your 12v and 5v readings are high based on HWMonitor, though software isn't all that accurate sometimes.
You need to check CPU temps with AMD Overdrive Utility. Thermal Margin will give accurate CPU temps on AMD APU processors. All the other typical software lists incorrect temps for these chips. CPU temp fluctuations are normal.

What are the full specs for your system? A full shutdown without warning can be temps or a failing/faulty PSU as well.

Thanks for answer,
I've installed AMD Overdrive and Temps are these compared to HWMonitor ones

My pc auto shutdown after 4/5 hours of work and or when I stress it a lot.

Specs:
MSI A88X-G45 Gaming
AMD FM2 A10-6800K CPU 4,1GHz Box, 4MB Cache, 100W
Cooler Master RS750-AMAAB1-EU Alimentatore 750W ATX
Asus GTX750TI Scheda Video PCIe, OC 2GB
ARCTIC Freezer A30
8GB (4GB x2) DDR3

I checked in the BIOS the PSU's voltage and it was really good.
Then I used a multimeter to test the voltage and it was really good too.
I tried to enable MSI OC Genie in Turbo mode and it doesn't power off for hours.
With OC Genie enabled it doesn't power off usually.
So with this information, can you explain why does it power off?

P.S. Again, sorry for my English :D

I noticed that the cpu power heatsink is really hot, what's the problem?

It's normal and it proves its usefulness. You wrote "With OC Genie enabled it doesn't power off usually." What voltage is applied to the CPU at full load and what is it when you manually overclock or disable OC Genie? The system could also shutdown because another component gets too hot, e.g., the PSU. How long does it take for the system to shutdown when you stress it? Does your case provide good airflow? Does it still shutdown if you open the side of the case and install a fan to blow air into it?

Thanks for the answer,
I checked CPU voltage readings, cpu is 1.44 V with OC genie and 1.33 V without OC Genie.
Others components are cool and right now the case is open and continues to shutdown

It does but not fast as without OC Genie.
Right now I'm using pc with AMD Turbo Core disabled and it is going good.
The Cpu Power Heatsink is cool.
We'll see tomorrow if it is solved
