Dell OptiPlex 780 sff

Specs: Core 2 quad q9400
6 GB ddr3 ram
Palit GeForce gt 710 2gb
250gb WD hard drive
235w stock psu

Pc won't pass dell splash screen. I've tried reseating ram, cpu, reconnecting every cable, tried different ram sticks, cleared cmos twice. Tried turning on pc with only ram, cpu, hard drive, keyboard and mouse. also 1 4 diagnostic lights turned on.

What do i do?

Solution
those psus, original, are bad, so it can be psu

if you like the pc the new old mainboard could be a solution but i don't like much dell pcs so whatever you do, try the psu and ram modules first before jumping to buy another mainboard

remember that the license comes inside the bios, so you might need a new license with the new old mainboard or a new one, depends on the type of license you get

if the pc shows image the ram and the slots are fine

can you enter in bios?

have you ever updated the bios on this pc?

try working without the gpu for awhile to see if lets you do something else or if it does any form of beeep the internal speaker, if it has one

I don't think it's psu. I've replaced it last year for a same brand new genuine dell psu. It could be the mobo i guess. I've found some used motherboards for OptiPlex 780 sff on eBay. Is it worth to spend 40-50$ on a used mobo? Or should i get a new atx mobo, casing and a psu
