Trouble reaching 100 % GPU usage and do not understand why

I don't know why my GTX 1080 isn't reaching 100% usage, I play at 1080p at ultra and only get 70-80 % usage in Star Wars Battlefront? MY PC SPECS ARE:

GTX 1080 AMP EXTREME (ZOTAC)
I7 7700K CPU
16 GB DDR4 2133MHZ
MSI Z270 SLI PLUS MOTHERBOARD

Why would it reach 100%? It's in 1080p where the CPU is the bottleneck in the system. For higher resolutions and especially 4k you will see 100% at GPU usage but it's very unlikely at 1080p.

I am not implying, I am saying it clearly. I know it sounds crazy but 1080 and 1080ti are so fast that the processor can not feed the GPU with the necessary info fast enough at 1080p / 60Hz. For other resolutions and / or higher Hz, the GPU starts to have difficulties and the CPU slows down.

There are plenty of threads regarding this issue. Search the forum and you will understand better from someone that explains it with proper English!
