Connection between 2 gpus

Currently cards from both AMD and Nvidia require the same base GPU (the actual chip in the card) to operate in unison. DirectX12 has the capability to ignore this restriction and use different base GPU, however this also requires developers to use these capabilities.

That being said, this is not viable yet, nor do mainstream games have this enabled.

Can be a method to connect 2 gpu s with a sli cable (or a cable like sli) and both gpus to be connected after to a monitor.I have a nvidia gt 730 and a nvidia 9500 and i want to connect use both video cards for more fps in games
