I want the one that shows the best performance in gaming that can keep a high stable fps with high video options within the game.

Out of the 3 the best is the 3rd one.

With that said none of them will give you the gains you want.
Your CPU is middle of the line CPU from 2010, not even in phenom line.

That 560 ti you have is about as good of a gpu as your cpu can handle.
You could drop $100 on a GTX 750 ti but wont see near enough gains to warrant the cost.
Money will be much better saved for a new platform. The best bang for buck in town is the pentium g4560: g4560 + b250 board + 8gb ddr4 memory will run around $180-190.

I agree w/ boosted, you should save some cash and update your system. You will run into a whole new set of issues when you upgrade you GPU with an older system with the specs you listed. Biggest issue will be a CPU bottleneck, you will not get the performance you want from any of those cards because your system will be holding it back from reaching its full potential. On a side note, with Nvidia's new GPU boots 3.0 the "best card" is the one that has the lowest temps and best power delivery out of that list it is the MSI.

You also need to order the B250 board and the 8gb of DDR4 RAM. (If you havent already.)
