Got my New PC build up and running though my GPU fan is not spinning, is this normal?

Everything seems to be working fine but I have noticed that the fan on my RX560 fan is not spinning.

Is this normal? I assume that the reason why the fan is not spinning is because its not running anything at the moment.

I have checked the temperature and so far its about 36C-37C so right now its not overheating or anything.

So I really hope the reason is because its not loading up anything heavy at the moment.

new GPU's have idle/low temp fans off... Once it starts getting warm, the fan should start.

If concerned get the MSI Afterburner utility to monitor and, if needed create a fan / temp profile
