I5 6500 with GTX 1060 6GB and a H100I V2 or a I5 6500 with GTX 1070 8GB and a Hyper 212 EVO both with DDR4 16GB at 2133MHz? (1080P 60Hz)

GAMES:

PUBG
Witcher 3
Fallout 4
CoD BO3
CoD AW
CoD WWII (when it releases)
Overwatch
WoW
Dota 2
League of Legends
Skyrim
Forza Motorsports 6
Arma 2/3
H1Z1

and any other Triple A title that releases. I also play MMORPGs the most, but I dont have the most MMORPGs.

Why not just go Noctua NH-D14 then isnt it better or would Cryorig R1 Ultimate CR-R1A be better?? Also should I go the 1070 or 1060 route? I have 1080P 60Hz, but I wont be able to upgrade till like 3-4 years if I go with any of the builds, if I dont upgrade within that time would the GTX 1070 be a better option even though its "overkill"? I want max settings 60FPS at least for 2 years, then the third year and fourth year I dont mind High or Medium.

Well I got a nice addon bonus so I have 500 (previously 400). What is the best 100 dollar Heatsink/AIO?
