PC reboots when starting graphic intensive games

My PC keeps rebooting about 10 seconds after starting any graphic intensive game (GTA 5, Division, etc). This started after i removed after market water cooler and put back the original cooler that came with the video card. The card is GTX 980ti founders edition. My other specs are i7 4790 cpu, 8gb ram, and this is in rig i built myself about 9 montgs ago.
Can someone please tell me what this might have to do with? I'm pretty sure it has something to do with GPU, but not sure exactly what and what i should do.

50s are gpu, heatsink is cheap after market. One thing i did not do is when i put back original gpu cooler, i did not remove and reapply thermal paste. Will try to do it tomorrow and report back.
