How to get the Free Corsair AM4 Bracket

I jsut bought the Corsair h55 and need the am4 bracket. I was told that I could get a free bracket form corsair, but have had problems even adding the item to cart.

Does anyone else have this problem? Can anyone help me?

All it says when I start following the is structions is a black box with "find seller". Does this mean I'm out of luck?

Once you have logged in the Corsair site, you need to select "pre order" or "add to basket" and not a "find retailer". Step #5 in the guide.
