but it keeps saying their is problems with the motherboard I would like to know if it is fine or not.

The reason it says there maybe incompatibilities, is the board may need a bios update to support that CPU, and if it does, then you will need a supported CPU to update the bios.

Get a H97 motherboard instead to make sure it supports that CPU out of the box.

Why such the old build, you could build something much more modern and faster for that money ?
