Ethernet Adapters missing from Network Connections

I am having trouble connecting to the internet.

Here is my motherboard I am working with:
https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VII_FORMULA/HelpDesk_Download/
Windows 10 64bit

I do not see any Ethernet Adapters under Network Connections.
However I do see in Device Manager that I have the following Network Adapters:

Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network)
Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)
Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter
Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V
Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controll

I tried removing Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V and reinstalling it, but it never actually gets removed. If you refresh, it comes right back up in Device Manager.

Regardless of this, I have downloaded my latest ethernet driver and tried to install it.

During the installation process, the text:: Installing Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V appears.

This sits for quite some time until finally, it prompts me with an error saying:
Cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer.

So that's what I got. I spent a solid 10 hours working on this today and I am ready to throw my PC out the window and find a new profession. I've searched online for the answer but, there is no answer. Only sadness.

Yes I did.

I tried uninstalling all these, restarting the computer, and then trying again but same issue.

Thanks for helping me out. I will post them now.
There were two errors.
I double clicked on the two errors as i thought they might be significant.
I also uploaded them here. May be easier to read there.

I have a green LED light coming from my Router and a green LED light where the connection is made with my computer.

The bottom of my desktop where the ethernet adapter looks like this.

Here's an inside look to my Network and sharing center. As you can see, there is no active network.

And as far as my actual network adapters go, there are none presented on the Network Connections Pane.

I'm really at a loss. I have tried disabling my Wifi and only using ethernet on my Laptop and it works.

The Driver is installed for WiFi and appears in the Device Manager, but does not appear in network connections.
