Seagate or Western Digital ?

Solution

Worst comes to worst you'll get a replacement if it does happen to fail (which it shouldn't), enjoy your new drive :D

I personally own both Seagate and WD drives, and I don't know too much about modern WD drives but most of the older (2000-2010) era drives I own have failed. I'd personally go with the Seagate as it's 7200RPM. It's a matter of preference.
