230 watts is very low, is this a pre-built big box store PC? I highly recommend at least jumping up to a 400w unit to be on the safe side. If/when you get a new PC you can remove it and install it on the next one. Any aftermarket PSU is going to be better than the one that comes with low end pre-built PCs. Check this out:

you can get the PSU and the GPU and only spend +/- $40 over your budget and have piece of mind.

What do you have now, what are you trying to do, and what's your budget? Without that information, anything between a Geforce 8400 GS to Titan XP.

Sir I'd check the rx460 that you said. what is the differnce between ddr5 memory to my dd3 memory in my mother board? is that ok?

That's just the GPU's VRAM, it doesn't matter what your motherboard's RAM is.

'normal' doesn't help. I'm not sure what you mean by 'ox link'.

I am asking for the model number of the PSU (should be be found on the specifications on the unit) or a picture of the specifications.
