Would These 2 Adapters Work The Same And Can I Use Them For a VGA Monitor and a GTX 1060?

So i wanted to upgrade to a gtx 1060 (from my 960) so i was thinking of getting another monitor makeing it my third then i would have 3 of these.

anyway i was wondering if ether of these adapters would work with this Video Card (This EVGA GTX 1060) and Monitor

so your monitor has vga and dvi-dual link, there is no need for an adaptor. just buy one of these and connect it directly from the dvi on the monitor to the gpu.

I'd pick a 1060 with dual DVI-D outputs, then get active adapter(not passive) for the display port to VGA.

edit: The reason being, always try to minimize the use of adapters when possible.

Just use all 3, no need to change anything or use adapters or VGA. The card has dvi-dual, hdmi and dp. The monitors all have dvi-d. Simply need a plain dvi-d to dvi-d cable for 1, a dp to dvi-d cable for one and a hdmi to dvi-d cable for the last. Absolutely no need to bring VGA into the setup. All 3 monitors connect through dvi-d.
