Why does my pc not load into windows when I enable XMP from bios for my memory ?

Hi guys .
I am just wondering if I am missing something or doing something wrong as I enable XMP in my bios for my memory to run at 3000MHz ? Whenever I enable it I get an error on startup . I will provide screenshots now .

Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX 240mm Liquid CPU Cooler
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 6 Motherboard
Intel Core i7 6700K
G.Skill Trident Z RGB F4-3000C15Q-32GTZR 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4
Samsung 840 EVO Series 750GB SSD
ASUS PG279Q ROG Swift 27in 165Hz G-Sync IPS Gaming Monitor
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition 11GB
Phanteks Enthoo Pro M Mid Tower Chassis Satin Black

Could you try with just 2 sticks for now ?
What bios version are you using ?
The latest bios version is f22 .

F3 is improved ddr XMP compatability as well. Also overclocking my 6700k has only had me reaching 4.5 ghz .. f22 has improved vcore voltage ... ok do you know how I should update ? Do I just download f22 or do I need to update in steps . F20 states * This BIOS prohibits updating to earlier version BIOS. Hmm what one do I download ? Also can I just place the file on a USB and update the bios that way ?

Two possible reasons:
memory designed for overclocking enthusiasts and extreme gamers

1) your not overclocking the CPU

2) your overclock failed

Yes you can straight to f22. Should solve your issues.
You can do it that way or you can use gigabytes @bios utility.

This has so far worked to an extent thank you so much . I am now running my memory at 3000mhz and my 6700k is overclocked so far to 4.4 with no crashes . This I couldn't do before . I did try 4.6 though and it crashed on me
