Antec P280 Tool less HDD Rails

i have antec p280 and i really need a tool less solution for my hdd's i found these and i wonder if they will fit or not:

You'll have to modify the Antec case to install that cage designed specifically for the MasterCase 5 series. Are you swapping hard disks that often?

i don't want the cage only the trays/brackets!!!

i wan't a tool less solution cause i clean my rig twice a year and the screws for the hdd's are not easy to grip as they were years ago (the screw heads are all messed-up)

They are designed for that cage; they may not fit your Antec case. How wide and high (track only) are the trays in your case?

As an example, the trays in my Corsair 100r case are 4 7/32" wide and 1/2" high.

The Corsair 100r trays may fit, but I have no way to check the size of the MasterCase 5 series trays. Presuming this tray is the same as the ones in the 100r, you could order one to test it: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/300r-replacement-hard-drive-tray-1-unit
