New budget gaming PC

Hello everyone,
I am new here to Tom's Hardware, so i am building a new budget PC for gaming and i have chosen the following parts:

-Case: Corsair Carbide Spec-M2 (http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/carbide-series-spec-m2-microatx-gaming-case)

Do you think the parts i have chosen will function well together? (bottlenecks or incompatibility problems)
Do you think they will be able to run games like GTAV and Rise of The Tomb Raider pretty well in medium to high settings with good FPS?

@kanewolf these cost a lot where i live and i just want affordable parts, how can i know if the BIOS of the H110 will or will not support the G4600 ?

You can't. If the motherboard has been on the shelf in a store for a while, it may have an old BIOS. It won't support the CPU and won't boot. You have to get (buy/borrow) a supported CPU to update the BIOS. That is why a newer generation motherboard is better with that CPU.

Looks like a good budget build! the suggestions above ^^^^ are good, and I have one other suggestion. I am not sure of parts availability in your area, however FSP Hexa+ power supplies are not something I can recommend. If you can send me a brief list of places where you can buy from, I can give you some recommendations.

@kanewolf based on your suggestion, i have chosen to go with the MSI B250M BAZOOKA (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B250M-BAZOOKA.html#productSpecification-section)

Will this motherboard work fine with the G4600? i have also chosen better quality RAM but i'm not sure whether it will work on that board, it's the Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB, it's designed for Intel x99 chipsets i don't know whether that MSI B250M motherboard will be compatible with it

The Vengance LPX will work, however if you need it is a different question... It sure looks nicer, however in terms of noticeable performance gain, I don't think it makes a difference.

I'm afraid the cheapest PSU I can recommend there is the raider 550W (I couldn't find a review on the hydro bronze ones). Sharkoon power supplies are notoriously unreliable, and the CX500 is more expensive and not particularly good.

While it would, we unfortunately have way better prices and availability than he will in Tunisia. We're going to be working with a smaller subset of parts and they're going to be more expensive than we would like.
