New GPU in system without upgrading PSU.

You could use the 1050Ti and it would be an upgrade, but not a huge one. You have a great cpu and good RAM, it seems a shame to limit yourself to what your PSU can run. If you want to take a chance, and I'm sure it would be fine, you could run a GTX 1060, but only if your PSU has a 6 pin PCIe power lead.
