Can't tell, but something old as there is no HDMI and something cheap as there is no external power, no fan, tiny card. 'If that's the card, I can only imagine the PC specs aren't any better quality or age.

Someone bought a Ryzen 5 and stuck in an entry-level GPU from a decade ago? That was an odd choice. But if it's really a Ryzen 5 in there -- and make sure you verify considering the suspiciously low price and the weirdness of the build -- it's an obviously fine price.
Ya, seems weird. the 500gb is old as they're not even made that small usually, the GPU is ancient, the Ryzen 5 released what a month ago, and thus a new motherboard and DDR4 are well beyond the $80. Seems weird.
Seems like a pretty standard Craigslist scam. Put a couple modern components in with some super old GPU and trick people into thinking it's a good buy.
If you're buying a used system from craigslist or fleabay, and need to ask what the GPU is and if it is any good....maybe you should rethink buying a used system.
What else is wrong with it?
