Upgrading my system

I'm swapping out my PSU CPU and RAM for upgraded ones and I would like to know if it's just plug and play or if I need to mess with the bios or reinstall Windows or something like that....I'm very new to the PC building community so bear with my noob question...thanks :)

It may be better if you actually list what you are replacing and with what. List full system specs and what you are planning to get for new parts.
