How to fix GPU overheating?
PC spec,
GPU : Shappire Nitro R7 370 4GB DDR5
CPU : amd 8320e fx
Motherboard : M5A78L-M LX (AM3+)
PSU : Corsair CX650M

What temps are you getting?
Unless its above 80c there's no issue at all.
If you want to improve fan temps, turn up fan curve in MSI Afterburner.

- temp 60 degree celsius and increasing.
- Plus my PSU blew up and sparkle last week. i recently change my PSU corsair CX650W

60-70c is quite cool, not to worry.
