Well, this is my actually PC:

A4 4000 3.0ghz
8gb ram DDR3
Gigabyte RX 460 WindForce 2GB
A58 motherboard chipset (FM2+)
720p monitor
600w generic PSU Specs: http://andespc.com/biblioteca/Fuente_CX_DX-ATX600-2S.jpg

I'm gonna upgrade to an A8 7600 (its decided due it's a birthday gift from my brother, he cant go for any other thing). He said to me "its your processor or psu, you decide"

What should i upgrade first? Processor or psu?

If i upgrade processor now, i will have to wait around december to get a decent psu. Will gpu resist?

Thanks.

Solution
An A8 is a perfectly fine upgrade then, a new CPU mobo/RAM combo would also require a new copy of Windows guys, out of the question.

Psu definitely. Also the a8 is qutie bad and you'd be better of getting a Athlon x4 as those are cheaper and perform better and you have a gpu anyways. I recommend a seasonic s12II 520w psu as these are cheap and good.

In my country, seasonic 520w is around 135$, a8 7600 is around 100$ and athlon x4 is not in sell here.

Not likely, I have a Huntkey something 400W PSU and it's been going for a long time on a similar power draw.
But, upgrading to A8 7600 is not gonna bring much more juice. Point being, that architecture is very old and has very low IPC compared to new technology.
That A8 7600 would probably perform as good as a G4400 in games that can fully utilize all four cores, not all games can.

It's a quad core chip, I'm comparing it to a dual core of similar clock speeds. It's not even a HT dual core. Why do you think it won't perform like that?
Counting it with a 50% better IPC. We'll give 100 points of IPC to the G4400 and 50 points to the AMD.
100 x 2 = 200
50 x 4 = 200

That's the best processor for my motherboard.. anyways, i dont expect so much, maybe 720p medium in games like gta v or nfs rivals, i think it's ok.

And i am a e-sport player, it will be ok?

g4400 doesn't have ht technology. G4560 does.

Anyways, i would choose it, but i lack of $$$ to change motherboard and ram.

And no, i can't sell my actual parts due to personal reasons.
