Yesterday, i`v gone to a lan party to play Counter Strike Global Ofenssive with friends and when a came to my house and plugged my ethernet cable on my pc, nothing were working. On the righ hand down corner the little monitor wasn`t with the red x or the yellow triangle. After 30s google were starting to enter and from there everything on the browser were working, but I can`t get steam, teamspeak and discord etc to connect. Does any body nows how to fix it? Already tried another ethernet cable, uninstalling the ethernet driver and uninstalling this programs.

Solution
Press Windows Key + R.
type CMD.exe, press enter
In the black window type:
ipconfig /release
press enter
wait confirmation.
type:
ipconfig /renew
press enter
wait.
after it says it has an IP address, try opening a webpage.
Make sure the relevant ports are open on your network for these services.
Just to be clear; your friend's home setup worked via ethernet?
Get the wifi password, some routers can be iffy like that if devices don't have authorization, mostly with telcom provided routers or cheap asian ones.
