So i have and e8400 processor and its says @3ghz 2.39 https://ibb.co/gaE2DF . My friend have the exact processor and his says e8400 @3ghz 3.01 or something like that so is my cpu underclocked for some reason and if it is how do i fix it ?

Odd the vcore didn't change. But the bus speed is lower than the usual 333. Go into bios and there should be somewhere to reset to default.

Its not about temp man my avg idle temp is 49 to 51 i know for alot of people its way too hot but in my country its quite an avg temp or some would say better than avg and in winter it goes down to 39 , and i check my temps in every couple of hours so i dont think its that problem cause it winter with 39 it was still the same speed so can u tell me some solution for this as i dont want an underclocked cpu nor i want to dmg my pc

yup i just found that so i opened youtube start streaming video and opened league client and steam as well and it sits around 2393.06 or something

so i have to do what in the bios i dont use bios that much and i dont want to dmg my system
