Hello,
I am building a new pc mainly for gaming and editing. Maybe doing some mild overclock for cpu

Currently had these options in mind :
CPU : Ryzen 1700
Mobo : Asus b350-plus (maybe the new strix b350-f if it's available in my country soon)
GPU : XFX Radeon RX 580 8GB GTS Black
RAM : Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB (2133mhz, cl14)
HDD : 2tb hdd
PSU : EVGA 750w GQ (I was told that 650w is already more than enough for this build, but somehow 750w is cheaper in my country for around 15$)
Case : Phanteks Eclipse 400s tempered

Would this be good enough? I've read that amd stock cooler is pretty good so I'm just gonna stick with it for now.

Other option I got in my mind is to change the cpu to ryzen 1600 and change mobo to asrock b350 k4 gaming then get a gtx 1070
also, should I get an SSD?
also any other option for GPU aside from XFX (I only know this one because the one I had had been working without problem in the past 7 years)?

which shall it be? would like to keep it under 1200$ if possible, thanks

1600 should be more than enough unless you are doing very high professional level of editing. The stock Wraith Spire cooler is indeed good enough for low to medium overclocking. For extreme clocks like 4.1 or above, you might need a x370 board along with AIO.
SSD is a must these days as it really helps in performance with faster booting and loading times.
I would say, 1600 + 1070 if gaming is your first priority.
Or, 1700 + 580 is editing is your first priority.
