Solution
The chkdsk message is because chkdsk needs the partition to be unmounted, press Y and reboot the system.

For the event viewer, see if the Windows Event log is running.
Press Windows logo key + R
Type in services.msc and press enter
Scroll down to Windows Event Log and check what the Status column says.
If Status column does not say "running", right click the service and choose 'Start'.
I'm having trouble reading the dump, but I believe this to be a 0xF4.
0xF4 are known for hard drive crashes (especially in combination with 0x7A crashes)

Run in an admin command prompt following command on ALL your partitions
chkdsk X: /r
change X to the letter of your partition letters, i.e. chkdsk C: /r
For the Windows partition you'll need to reboot the system and let chkdsk work. It may look to be hanging but it is not, keep it running and the system will reboot on its own when chkdsk is finished.

After chkdsk is finished, please upload the chkdsk event logs to Google Drive and post a share link
