I am working on a Foxconn AT-7330 NanoPC. It has two SATA ports, one is typical 2.5" HDD format, the other port is something I have never seen before.
It is a tiny 10 pin plug. With label SATA2_HDD

Looks like a proprietary connector. Check the manual for the board first and see if there is any additional information. If not, best way to find more info on it is to measure the pitch, I'd estimate 1mm? Then go to digikey and search for a connector with a matching pitch and shape. It's got a distinct keying. Once you know what the connector is called you might be able to find more information on the mating cable and pinout. Off hand I'd say it's a JST connector given the low profile.

It's a weird choice for a sata connector. They likely have a proprietary cable that connects it to a standard SATA drive in mass production circumstances.

Grimfox, Thanks for your reply.
It's very odd that they would employ a proprietary connector on on what was sold as a "bare bones" system. However, Foxconn didn't even acknowledge the second sata port in their published specs. If I can find a cable connector, I'd like to piggyback a second low profile laptop SDD.
Another interesting thing, is that the Aptio bios has this SATA port enabled, by default.
