Cheap pc component problems

I have 7th gen dual core g4560, msi b250 pro vd mother board, 4 GB 2400 mhz corsair vengeance LPX ram. (I have enabled xmp to get 2400 MHz speed of the ram)

It ran well for 15 days, then my ram suddenly got bad and I got replaced from the shop I bought it. Now my question is why my ram got crashed? Is it because my pc is low profile and that I enable Xmp? Is it safe to run my pc by enabling xmp? I disabled it tho for now. :(

it doesn't matter
2400 MHz Ram is natively supported on your board
XMP has nothing to do with your CPU
it's just bad luck your RAM went bad

First off all I disabled my xmp now tho.
My dual core don't have optane memory
But do u think o can run my pc well by enabling xmp? Ik my bios version is 7474 but not sure of v14 tho. So where shall I check that from? I'm sort of not aware of much in these things.
