Hello so,I have a problem with my pc.
2 weeks ago was working but within those 2 weeks the power was cut off several times(the pc wasn't on when the power was cut)and today when i tried to open it ,it didn't turn on.
After some research I found out to check the power supply (the paper clip method) and it worked so that was out of the way but then I went ahead and tried to :
1.Short-circuit the POWER-SW pins
2.Switch the POWER-SW with the RESET-SW.
None of the two worked so I came to the conclusion that maybe the pins were somehow fried (Note that when I jumpstarted the Power Supply ,everything on the motherboard started spinning,The Processor Fan and the GPU).
So I wonder if there is anyway to fix the problem or do I just have to buy another motherboard?

Motherboards is an ASUS H110M-R
Paired with an i3-6100 3.6ghz and a GTX 750ti by Asus and 8gb of HyperX Fury Black DDR4 2133mhz

Solution
Yes, until you properly check PSU, you can't be sure of anything.
I don't know what you are talking about those 3 and 10 Ampere cables, are those power cables to PSU ? It shouldn't matter which amperage they are.

So you are saying that it may not necessarily be the motherboard?
thing is ,i have a psu from an older pc but i can't test it on my new pc because it support only 3 Amper cables and i have only 10 amper cables.
Other thing is i put two motherboards side to side ,both were plugged and everything they were just out of the pc and i took the Power Sw cable from new pc and connected it to old motherboard and when i pushedthe power switch the old motherboard turned on along with the old pc.
Though the new pc didnt turn on when i had it the other way around.
And when i jumpstarted the PSU not only the fan was working but everything on the pc started spinning (fans, cooler, gpu, leds)
