try safe mode. If you can. Is this Windows 10 or 7? You should be able to see you Bios screen just for a sec as well. What happened is that the update changed your screen size. (Thanks MS!) and you have to revert it back.

Its windows 10 N 64 bits, I have tried save mode and uninstalling the nvidia drivers and then restarting but it will still have the same problem. I've read that if I go to safe mode and unistall everything nvidia, drivers and so, then change the resolution to 800 x 600 and then work from there, I will try that solution tomorrow. what do you think of that?

Hi Gusduenas,

Were you able to solve this? I am having the same difficulty with a Quadro K5000 and windows 10. Everything was working fine, then suddenly this.

Updating drivers does not help. Strangely, there are 8 displays being detected, and they are all running at high res at 30hz.

However, if the drivers are completely uninstalled, then my monitor will display correctly at a low res... installing Nvidia drivers causes the problem to reoccur.

Any advice?

what I did, sorry for the late reply was putting my monitor on the nvidia quadro panel to the max resolution of this and the refresh rate of the monitor...looks like the out of range is because the refresh rate on windows 10 is not the same as the refresh rate on the monitor...so that easy as that
