As i said im buying a new pc and i'm struggling with some of the components and need some of your help.

The components i want to use are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
CPU Cooler: Not sure yet and need help with it
MOBO: ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS AM4 ATX DDR4
RAM: 16GB G.Skill RipJaws V schwarz DDR4-3200
HDD: WD BLUE 1TB SATA3 3,5"" 7200 WD10EZEX
SSD: SAMSUNG 250GB 850 EVO SSD SATA3 2.5"
GPU: ASUS STRIX GTX 1060 6GB (non OC)
CASE: NZXT SOURCE S340
PSU: 750 Watt EVGA SuperNOVA G3 Modular 80+
MONITOR: AOC G2460VQ6 23,6"" LED (Not really sure about it yet)

So as i mentioned i need help with the cpu cooler (nzxt s340 case is compatible with cpu cooler that are not taller than 160mm)
And the monitor. First i thought of buying a 144hz but then changed my mind beacuse I'm planning to do some streaming (720p 60fps if possible) and recording (1080p60 if possible).
And for the last thing I just wanna be sure that the ram is compatible with the cpu and mobo because i heard some are having some troubles (mainly on gigabyte gaming 3 mobo).

Solution
the stock cooler on 1600 is enough and u can hit 3.8-3.9 easy. save money on the 1600. 1600X isnt worth it. regarding rams, ppl r able to post with 2933 with the latet bios. this is what i would suggest :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($209.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-AB350-GAMING 3 ATX AM4 Motherboard ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Team - T-Force / Night Hawk 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($104.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: SK hynix - SL308 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($87.88 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive...
I think most will suggest you get something like the Cryorig H7 or similar mid sized tower cooler and go for the R5 1600, then apply a little overclocking to it, you'll end up with 1600X performance for less cash.
If you want the R5 1600X, I'd still go for the H7 or similar sized tower cooler, Ryzen is fairly low power part so unless you're thinking of breaking some overclocking records it'll be enough.
And no, I wouldn't go for an AIO liquid cooler.

Too much power! a good quality sub 600Watt unit will be more than enough, nice part, though. An alternative: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093

Try to aim for the best quality display you can afford, fast refresh IS nice, but I'd go for a 60Hz IPS panel over a 144Hz TN display any day, but a great deal depends on budget and personal choice.
Decent <>24" 144Hz TN Freesync (regard it as a 144Hz panel) aren't that expensive these days, so if you're not as fussy about colours and viewing angles as me that is an option.

Right now I'd advise against such fast memory, go for DDR4 3000 and you're more likely to get compatible parts.

First of all thanks for your fast respond and all the help.
Now i changed my part list just as you said (ryzen 5 1600 instead 1600x, cryorig h7) and i changed the evga 750w psu for another evga modular +80 gold but 550w which I think should be enough for my rig and im probably getting a vg248qe 144hz monitor because I forgot that ordering most of the parts (except case and monitor) from Germany will save me about 100-150€

Or should i save another 30$ and get Seasonic m12II 520w instead the evga one?

Solution
Your call on the power, the EVGA has higher efficiency, the Seasonic is a little cheaper, either are good, solid choices.
Monitor looks like a nice compromise between speed and image quality, but take your time here, of all the parts in our systems, the display is the one we tend to hold onto for the longest and, here in the UK, I can find cheaper 144Hz 1080 displays of equal panel quality for less.

Btw what should I do about the OS (8/ 8.1/ 10 or idk which one) and if is it worth buying original

i use windows 10 and it is great. after win 7, win 10 is the best thing. abt buying original, its for the best. even if u upgrade ur hardware, u can reinstall ur windows with the same key. kinguin keys can be revoked by microsoft after 2 months. cracked windows will have problems with updates.

So it's not smart to buy OEM keys on kinguin for 26$?

I'm probably just gonna download it (original) and activate it later because as far as i know all thats different is the watermark "activate windows" and that I won't be able to change wallpaper, set lockscreen...
