Hello
I am considering to buy a gtx 1050 ti for my build
I have a i5 2500 @3.3ghz and 5000 rpm hard disk
Will my PSU support it
Or should I upgrade the PSU first. I have a very low budget and gtx 1050 ti is in offer in my country .what are your thoughts of getting a gtx 1050 or RX 460 instead but I am more into getting the gtx 1050 ti
Thanks

PSU spec:
AC INPUT 230V 6A 50HZ
450 w
+3.3v 25A
+5v 38A
+12v 15A

Solution
95W CPU plus 75W videocard= 170W just for those two items on the 12V output. Your power supply has 15A on that output. You would be running that power supply at near maximum output. When you take into account the low quality of this power supply, 450W but only 15A on the 12V, you should realize this is not acceptable.

Look for a power supply with 18A or more on the 12V.

The power supply specifications are not enough to know anything. Please put in your specific make and model so we can go ahead and look into this for you.

Also, I would recommend getting the RX 460 instead of the GTX 1050 Ti because the GTX is so expensive right now, and the RX should give you enough performance.

It's $70 if you use the rebate, and $80 without, and should give you one of the best frames per dollar performance! Good luck!

As dontlistentome said, your PSU is weak. Consider buying a better one before the upgrade of your GPU to ensure longevity and safety of your hardware.

As for GPU selection, 1050ti is the best pick for sure. Followed by 1050 and 460 in that order.
