http://imgur.com/a/8SOxu So I got a graphics card for my little brother because he really wanted a new one, it's a rx gigabyte 460 2gb vram and there's a little thing scratched off it at the bottom sorry I don't know what it's called but I wanted to know if this will affect my graphics card in any way please let me know as I have 30 days to return it thank you

I don't know if it's meant to be like that or not because that it cut off abit and I have a gtx 950 and not 1 is cut off a bit only the last one but that's meant to be like that

I think you solved my problem I didn't really look at the pictures before and it seems like the second link you showed me is identical to mine and the same pins are missing as on mine thank you so much I thought it was broken phew, this means the pins are meant to be like that:D

It very well could be a problem. I don't remember exactly where the little contacts in the PCIe socket make contact. If it's low enough in the socket, that one won't make [good] contact and could be detrimental to the GPU. I would personally RMA it.

Well, you *could* try it and see if it works... It's also possible that the image with the missing pad was a faulty board and was still good enough for a photo-shoot... So... go ahead and try it. If it don't work, then do the RMA.
