Hi, I'm currently looking at the new MacBook Pros and I saw that the 13in model for $1,499 without the touch bar has a clock speed of 2.3GHz with Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz and the $1,799 model with the touch bar has a clock speed of 3.1GHz with turbo boost up to 3.5Ghz. So which one is faster? I would assume that the $1,799 model would be faster because it is more expensive, but then why does it have a lower turbo boost?
