What kind of power supply would i need for a amd FX-9370, and will my motherboard be able to handle the processor?

You need a whole new build to support the i7 7700k.

9590 and 9370 are the same cpu. The list applies to both. You'll need a motherboard and a reliable 850w psu at a minimum. You'll guaranteed need a top line cpu cooler, preferably a 240mm liquid cooler or better a 280mm liquid cooler, but the largest aircoolers like the Noctua NH-D15 will also suffice.
A move to either 9 series cpu now will cost you more and perform worse than a move to newer, better performance Ryzen, if you want to stick with Amd.
The 9 series cpus were a failed attempt by Amd to get performance matching Intel cpu's, based on the smaller fx 8320 which is an almost identical cpu except for the factory overclock and some internal voltage changes. Absolutely not worth the expenditure at this point.
