I am just curios if I should spend the extra money to get the i5 7600. I am on a relatively tight budget so I looking for the best price for performance. If this influences anything the MOBO I am going to buy is the B250m mortar.

Boosting 3.5GHz to 4.1GHz vs 3.4 to 3.8.

Not significantly better IMO. 4.1 / 3.8 = 8% "faster" from a clockspeed standpoint. If it's any more than 8% more expensive (usually is), then there's some decent diminishing returns there too.

The 7500 would be fine for most uses (and if you're only a budget, you may with to consider the dual-core w/hyper-threading G4560), depending on your needs of course.
