I have, 7th gen dual core, msi b250 pro vd motherboard, 4gb ddr4 2400 MHz ram. Simple and local psu of 550w.
I want to know which cheap graphics card will be better for me, "msi n730k 2GB DDR5" or "zotak 730 2GB DDR5" ?

Solution
Msi is one of the best brands. Zotac is also very good. In my opinion MSI is a bit better. But it's like comparing 2 almost identical cards.
If you tell me how much is your budget, I can suggest a better gpu.
Ok, let's start.
Your PSU MATTERS. We need make and model which if you are unsure, open the case and take a look.
Your mentioned GPUs are NOT for gaming. You can do a little light gaming but that's it. By light gaming I mean games that were published more than 6 years ago or very undemanding titles.

If you were planning for normal gaming with that GPU, just forget it. I am also assuming that your PSU is not of a good quality and till you post info about it I can't recommend any GPUs. Keep in mind that you may need to change PSU before the purchase of GPU.

Between same models (730 and 730, 760 and 760, 1060 and 1060 etc) there are only minor differences when it comes to performance. The only real differences are cooling solutions, appearance, aesthetics and power regulation. The rest is just marketing. So if you are asking solely for performance, they are the same.

What is your budget?

Each country has different prices so I don't know how much that costs. What is your budget?
Also, I think that you didn't understand what I said or you didn't read it at all.
Those 2 730s have NO difference when it comes to performance. Whichever you choose its the same.
