So I was wondering if my GPU is creating a bottleneck on my CPU and I will provide a screenshot of what I believe will be enough info to tell whether or not it is. I seem to get lag spikes while playing 7 Days to Die, now either the game is just not optimized correctly and needs improvement or my GPU or CPU is putting a bottleneck on each other or something. Let me know what you guy's think.

You really need to watch it in real time with an OSD like MSI Afterburner provides. That pic shows that the CPU and GPU have both hit 100% usage, which on the surface shows a balanced system. But that just tells you that at one point or another, the CPU was able to reach 100% usage. Same with the GPU.
With a real-time OSD, you can watch which component is hitting 100% usage when the other is not. If the CPU hits 100% usage and the GPU isn't there... and you notice stutter or lag... then that would indicate the CPU is holding the GPU back.

But I suspect the GPU is the weak link in the system.
